I wish I had learned how to meditate sooner

Hi, I’m Diane

I’m so happy that you are here!

I teach meditation to people with busy lives so that they can juggle their responsibilities with more grace and control. When you learn to connect with your inner strength and stillness, you will become the calm in the center of any storm. It’s really powerful.

So how did I start teaching meditation? It’s a long story with lots of twists, but here’s the short version. I worked my ass off to go to the right schools and get the right job, but when I finally reached my goal to work on Wall Street, I did not feel fulfilled. I quit my job, moved to Viet Nam. and started a consulting company. I also started to study with meditation and yoga with teachers in South East Asia and India.

The more I studied, the more I struggled with what it means to be advanced. My meditation practice made me better at other parts of my life, but my teachers said I needed to do more meditation to progress. I didn’t want to spend two hours a day in meditation. Then I found a teacher who showed me how to show up and meditate for myself (and by extension for others). I learned meditation can be fun, liberating and cool.

Today, I still wear two hats, as a consultant and meditation teacher. I teach entrepreneurs, parents, teachers, lawyers how to show up and listen to their inner guidance, their intuition.

Meditation is not about getting better at meditation, it’s about balancing life’s joys and struggle with patience and grace
