Yesterday’s post was a simple practice that you can incorporate into any moment of your day. You can decide to set a timer and repeat the exercise until the alarm goes off. You can decide to do a certain number of sets, say 10.

Notice how your body starts to feel when you breathe it slowly.

Your mind might resist, but let your body lead on this one.

In case you missed it, here’s the exercise:

  1. Inhale for 4 counts

  2. Hold your breath for 4 counts

  3. Exhale for 4 counts

  4. Hold you breath for 4 count

  5. Repeat
